He also talked me through all the options for a new phone for my daughter and then he helped me set the entire phone up. He made sure that everything transferred just right. This was a very complicated situation and Evan made it so simple. I really appreciate the time he spent and he was very patient answering all my questions!!! Took it to these guys (Dr. Phone) and they fixed my phone battery, cleaned the inside, and even pointed out the mistakes made by the other person. I've had a phone issue for the past week and a half. my phone kept on saying I was not registering the network, I called Samsung technical support twice, I called AT&T technical support twice, and I went to 2 different AT&T local stores in Hagerstown and none of these people could fix my phone. I came to this AT&T in Frederick Brian this young man has patience he took his time and within 15 minutes he did what all these people cannot do in the last week and a half.
