“Evan was so fantastic helping me with my many (many!) phone problems. He talked me through the entire process. He helped me figure out the best phone plan for my family. He also talked me through all the options for a new phone for my daughter and then he helped me set the entire phone up. He made sure that everything transferred just right. This was a very complicated situation and Evan made it so simple. I really appreciate the time he spent and he was very patient answering all my questions!!! I highly recommend this store and big big thanks to Evan!!!”

“I visited the T-Mobile store this evening around 6:15 p.m. to have my screen protector replaced. The location was quiet, with only two customers ahead of me, and I was fortunate to be assisted by an exceptional sales representative named Nick.
Nick was incredibly fast, efficient, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. When applying the new screen protector, his first attempt didn’t align perfectly. Rather than leaving it as it was, he went the extra mile and replaced it with a second screen protector to ensure it was centered correctly—a level of attention to detail I truly appreciated.
After completing the service I came in for, I remembered I had an additional question but couldn’t recall it at the moment. Nick kindly gave me his business card and encouraged me to reach out directly if I remembered, saving me the hassle of contacting customer service.
Although I live just a mile away from the Westview Promenade T-Mobile store, I chose to visit this location because of the consistently excellent service I’ve received in the past. Tonight, Nick went above and beyond to exceed even those high expectations.
This young man is a true asset to the company and absolutely deserves recognition—whether a raise, promotion, or both! I highly recommend this store, and if you’re lucky enough to work with Nick, you’ll be in great hands.

This was at the same location as I previously wrote about while visiting T-Mobile off of Wormans Mill Rd. Just like my previous visit, where I was assisted by Nick, I once again received top-notch service. This time it was Logan who was extremely personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I dropped my phone and it got cracked and started acting up, I was able to walk in and leave my phone while I went to a work meeting, and they were very flexible with when I could pick it up even if my meeting ran late and it was past store hours. Price was also very good compared to other quotes I received from other stores for a screen replacement.”

“This AT&T is the absolute best. I've had a phone issue for the past week and a half. my phone kept on saying I was not registering the network, I called Samsung technical support twice, I called AT&T technical support twice, and I went to 2 different AT&T local stores in Hagerstown and none of these people could fix my phone. I came to this AT&T in Frederick Brian this young man has patience he took his time and within 15 minutes he did what all these people cannot do in the last week and a half. “The people are nice and helpful but I wasn't prepared for the rip-off. After selecting a single screen protector for my android phone, unprompted, the gentleman yelled to the lady serving me to charge $15.00. Previously, a 3-pack in another store cost me $7 but I forgot to bring them. I was starting a road trip and needed it quickly. I guess I paid for the convenience of not searching elsewhere. My suggestion is to consider other stores or buy online for this type of product.”
