We've had positive experiences with their grooming department, but I understand that doesn't apply to everyone. Staff is always friendly, store is clean with a good layout. Prices on dog food are quite high, even compared to Walmart across the street.

Not as wide a variety of cat food as petco, but still far more than the grocery store.
