“Easy online scheduling process; got appointments within 24 hours; staff were very friendly; my dogs were taken back immediately; and they looked great when we picked them up!”
“I feel compelled to leave this review because yesterday I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I went to the store, looking for a specific type of medication for one of our sick chickens. When I entered, I asked a young man named Noel for help. He was one of the most friendly and helpful people I have ever met. This young man takes great pride in his work and is very friendly and eager to help. He truly made me feel like I was valued and welcomed as a customer. He truly wanted to do his best to help me, which he definitely did. He knew exactly where the medication was. I spent close to 20 years in the service industry before starting my own service company over 10 years ago. People like Noel are very hard to come by. Anytime we need anything for our house or our animals, I will be sure to return to this location.”
“Great selection on highly recommended brands for my GSD along with other treats. Appreciate bulk special orders for repeat customers and prices beat Chewy and Petco.”

“I walked in for a pawdicure and they were very quick to take Roux in. The groomer took no more than 5 min to do my very long dog nails that I cannot do myself. The whole service was 19 dollars, and because I had petsmart points, I paid $10 less. My dog is big, extremely anxious and sensitive and they did amazing with her. Definitely recommend for those pet parents that are done with the battle of trimming their dog’s nails.”

“10/10 will always recommend Rick’s due to his genuine customer service as well as his care for every animal. His knowledge is far beyond anyone else and his employees have all been nice to me for the few 6-7 months I’ve been going here. Always a pleasure to speak with you Rick. Thank you for being who you are! Need more people like you in this world ❤

“Highly recommend this PetSmart for its clean store, product availability and fantastic customer service. Carter and Alex helped us with our recent trip to PetSmart by helping with our product selection-sharing information about what would work best with our purchases. Alex went above and beyond as well helping us load up our vehicle. Shout out to the PetsMart treats program as well.”
“We adopted a cat from a rescue that works with Petco in Frederich MD. Petco provided us with a coupon for our purchase of supplies. The cashiers were very nice and helpful. My only complaint was how hot and humid it was in the store. It made for an uncomfortable shopping experience.”

“Their dog-wash station is the best money you'll spend today! Convenient, all the supplies you'll need, warm water and air, safe steps for larger dogs, and towels at the ready. Definitely recommend to any Frederick dog owners!”
