TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! PODS' customer service and dispute resolution team are full of liars. Ashley from the dispute resolution team in particular did not read a single thing I wrote in my email and seemed to use ChatGPT to respond to me. Ashley WOULD NOT CONFIRM whether a previous agent communicated to me two important fees, and yet still denied resolution in my favor. Ashley also threatened legal action against me out of nowhere. Please listen to the many, many other reviews out there stating how PODS has wronged them. Save yourself a future headache!!!!!

Updating my review as the driver who picked up the pod destroyed are retaining wall. It was dark by the time he was pulling away and he came to our door to have us sign off on the pickup. He didn’t tell us he crashed into the wall and destroyed it, basically he was blatantly deceptive. After months of going back and forth with the company they refused to pay for the damage they did and justified it by saying we signed the papers. It was unbelievable and treacherous.

I have had the worst day and time with this company. Im going to tell you this company is getting 5 stars because 1 man. An amazing worker i truly feels needs to be acknowledged for exemplary abilities to go above and beyond for his customers and fellow person. The customer service representatives through the telephone were rude and unhelpful. I just got my toe amputated. He came, and, was so helpful. His name is Adrian Chua, and I truly appreciate him. He was so helpful attentive to my disability.

So I’ve moved with pod several times andAdrian CHUA Has got to be one of the best drivers you have. He was able to position his truck to where he could roll on and off my driveway with minimal twisting of the tires. He did it all flawlessly quickly and no damage. Excellent pick up.

Adrian Chua did a wonderful job & was extremely professional in delivery of my POD. He made sure that we were on with where he was parking it. Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, & very good maneuvering. He made sure that we are able to access our items while ensuring that they were not obstructing the door. He answered all of our questions as well. 5 stars!
