I am not one to leave a negative review, but this location has not been responsive or accountable. I am active duty military and weight tickets are crucial for move reimbursement. Not only did the delivery driver deliver the POD a day late, this location did not upload my weight tickets (full or empty) onto my account. There is no direct number to reach this place so I have to go through the generic toll line and they put in FOUR tickets to receive my weight tickets. It has almost been a month since the POD was delivered originally. Even a lady from headquarters has been trying to reach this management team to get my tickets and nothing. Now I cant even access my online account. This location has just been so unbearable to try and contact and I do NOT recommend anyone stationed near this location to use them for their PCS move.

Horrible customer service. I've called on & off throughout the last week trying to get through to somebody to get our POD delivered with no luck. Pressed 1 so they'd call back and when it does call back it doesn't allow me to answer. Hold times are always atleast 45 minutes out when i call in. Been trying to schedule online to get our pod dropped off and it says the delivery address is outside of range (it's within 50 miles) so there's no way in hell I'm currently able to get my POD delivered. Unbelievable.

I have had nothing but issues from the start when placing the order for my pods, they were stored for almost a year and then I was charged differently the last month of storage and when I contacted them they have not responded to my email. The 1st delivery order was cancelled and I told them not to try and call me because I am currently deployed and I provided a contact for them to call if they had any issues but did they do that of course not, so my delivery had to be rescheduled then they charged me for another whole month of storage even though I would not have my items stored for an entire month. After all that once I removed my items from the pods I discovered my items have water damage due to a crack in the pods. Now I have damaged items and yet they haven't responded to that either. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.

The pod company was unable to understand and convey to the people who were handling my order that I only wanted. The pod delivered in my driveway and not destroying the grass on the side of my driveway.

PODs service was timely and cost efficient. PODs drivers very professional. Be very careful about their recommended movers. Our furniture was significantly damaged due to poor packing of the PODs

Excellent service regarding time pickup and removal. Pricing kinda high. Using the recommended packing supplies company, do not use unless not needed within 3 days, Federal Express took 7 days to deliver. Using their movers (Hire a Helper) is expensive but they work with some good companies.

My pod was 2 days late on final delivery because, I was told, that there was a mechanical failure. However, all of my goods were pushed so hard against the door that it took us an hour to get the door opened. Most of my furniture was destroyed. They got into an accident or a hard breaking action took place. Just be honest. I have used PODS for 3 moves in the past year. Their dishonesty and the condition of my furniture will have me looking elsewhere here in a couple months.

My POD experience was great. Cost was identified up front with no surprises. Being able to keep the pod in storage while we wait for our new home to be finished was a huge benefit. Delivery and pick up of PODs was on time.

Excellent experience with scheduling the moves! Every driver that I encountered was excellent as well. Fabulous customer service! I would definitely use PODS again and refer to friends.

Reducing my review to 1 star from 2. PODS reached out to me after causing thousands of dollars in damages to my contents as well as to fresh sod at my new house from improper container delivery. My claim was denied. This company has no morals. Stay far away! I will be spreading my story as far as possible to prevent anyone I know from using PODs.

This was absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had! after finding out we didn't need the 4 pods they requested we called to cancel the extra 2 pods. At no point did they tell us that would cancel our pick up already scheduled for 2 days later. After talking to the supervisor who just told me it was my fault and not taking ownership we may end up with large legal fees since they cannot get the pods out of the driveway before we close on our house. multiple times they blamed us. AVOID PODS!!! they are the worst company I have ever worked with!!!!

The worst moving experience I've ever had! Poor customer service, everything was fine until it was time to deliver goods. Customer service blatantly lied to me about schedule deliveries not once but twice. I lost out on a few hundred $ for movers I had scheduled to help because my POD was mever scheduled to be delivered like i was told multiple times was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING PODS

They delivered the wrong container, then delivered one with broken lock and horrible chemical smell. When I contacted customer service, several representatives were extremely rude. One of them didn’t tell me to hold but tossed me back in the phone queue, apparently no wanting to deal with me. Other reps told me I would be contacted via email to resolve issue. No email. I’ve been waiting 4 days for the correct pod that locks. While the drivers are very professional and friendly, the customer service reps on phone are awful. Avoid PODS!!!
