“This is a long one so bear with me. A few weeks ago at a UPS location they made me buy an entire roll of tape just to close a small box. Later, when I tried to use the rest of the tape to package a car fender it would not stick and tore constantly. I gave up and went to the FedEx. There was a complely opposite and positive experience. I was invited to bring the very odd shaped item in. The clerk analyzed it and said she was happy to take care of the packaging for me. It was a great relief after struggling for an hour with UPS's terrible materials. Thank you!”
“I recently went to this UPS store in Urbana, Frederick MD. I wanted to return something but I had an issue with printing the return label. The young lady, Esther, who was at the counter, guided me through the steps to download a QR code on my cell phone. She just scanned it and completed the return in minutes! Excellent service! Esther is great!”
“Oh, wow. I came in with a huge load of groceries like five minutes before closing. The one guy working was willing to take what I wanted to ship despite the size of the package and the fact that he was only a few minutes away from shutting down, and he was clearly exhausted, kind of ill, and somehow, *somehow*, still managed to be patient, understanding, and most importantly stuck to hygiene procedures despite it all. He put up with a lot for one shmuck's package sending a lot of groceries to somebody struggling to keep herself fed. Hasan is a bad a** of the post COVID era. He has my respect. And given how grateful I am and the person I'm sending food to while she's struggling to feed herself, I'm not stretching the truth right now.”
“Though it is a very small store, it does have everything you need to ship packages and it is in such a convenient location. It is sometimes very crowded and there seems to be a lot of lazy people parking in the fire lane but otherwise this little store is great for mailing out packages, making copies or returning Amazon items. They are always helpful and very quick.”
