“If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would. I've used Minuteman in Frederick for nearly every print product, marketing item, banner, sign, bumper sticker, business card, and specialty print work I've dreamt up over the last few years and they've always gone above and beyond to make my business and other events look exceptionally professional and polished. A+!”

“The Staff at the GCC is very welcoming, kind and well informed. I came in not knowing exactly what I was looking for and Harold (the owner) took me to the back to see all of my options. With such a wide range of products, you will surly find exactly what you need for a great price! I will be using GCC for all my future print needs! :) Jessica High Point Events& Catering”

“We had a tight turnaround for conference swag, and US BulkMail absolutely delivered. They handled our rush order with professionalism and efficiency from start to finish. The final product looked great, the quality exceeded our expectations, and the pricing was very fair. Most importantly, everything arrived exactly when we needed it. I highly recommend US BulkMail.”

“What an amazing local find! After leaving the visitor center we started the walk they pointed us to and saw this building that seemed interesting. Just like everywhere else in Frederick when we walked in we were greeted by lovely staff who were more than happy to show us around! I went in expecting to see books and saw so much more!! Letter press art work, book binding workshops, dark room photo developing this place quite literally has it all!! In our short 20 min visit I learned so much! I also learned that I can come back for classes and once I have the basic machinery and cleaning classes down I can come back for open work time in their space! They have a protest sign making class coming up that sounds super interesting and im going to try my best to get back for some special workshops soon!!”

“Oh, wow. I came in with a huge load of groceries like five minutes before closing. The one guy working was willing to take what I wanted to ship despite the size of the package and the fact that he was only a few minutes away from shutting down, and he was clearly exhausted, kind of ill, and somehow, *somehow*, still managed to be patient, understanding, and most importantly stuck to hygiene procedures despite it all. He put up with a lot for one shmuck's package sending a lot of groceries to somebody struggling to keep herself fed. Hasan is a bad a** of the post COVID era. He has my respect. And given how grateful I am and the person I'm sending food to while she's struggling to feed herself, I'm not stretching the truth right now.”

“We had a pick up scheduled for a package that needed overnighted, but the pick up was missed and I needed to drive the package in to the closest FedEx store. Erik went above and beyond trying to have the package sent out to make it on time. Very kind and understanding, professional and great customer service.”

“I ship a couple packages a week through EBAY or Etsy sales. If I have a choice between shippers, I always ship FedEx from this location. No lines, and even though they have a scanner for prepaid, I’m always greeted and assisted by their friendly staff, in and out in under a minute with a smile on my face.”

“I truly had an amazing customer service experience at this store. Gerald went out of his way to be helpful and guided my husband I through a complicated packing process. Truly felt grateful for the service and also the patience of the staff. It was 5 minutes before closing and he still took the time to help us complete our transaction without a rush. I would definitely recommend this store for your UPS needs.”

“When I entered the business on this particular day, it was pretty busy. The line was basically right at the front door. However, what I experienced was.fast, efficient, and very experienced staff. Very professional atmosphere and cordial. “Same as it ever was…”. This has always been my experience when I visit this store to ship something or make Amazon returns.”
