“I ship a couple packages a week through EBAY or Etsy sales. If I have a choice between shippers, I always ship FedEx from this location. No lines, and even though they have a scanner for prepaid, I’m always greeted and assisted by their friendly staff, in and out in under a minute with a smile on my face.”

“I truly had an amazing customer service experience at this store. Gerald went out of his way to be helpful and guided my husband I through a complicated packing process. Truly felt grateful for the service and also the patience of the staff. It was 5 minutes before closing and he still took the time to help us complete our transaction without a rush. I would definitely recommend this store for your UPS needs.”

“When I entered the business on this particular day, it was pretty busy. The line was basically right at the front door. However, what I experienced was.fast, efficient, and very experienced staff. Very professional atmosphere and cordial. “Same as it ever was…”. This has always been my experience when I visit this store to ship something or make Amazon returns.”

“Oh, wow. I came in with a huge load of groceries like five minutes before closing. The one guy working was willing to take what I wanted to ship despite the size of the package and the fact that he was only a few minutes away from shutting down, and he was clearly exhausted, kind of ill, and somehow, *somehow*, still managed to be patient, understanding, and most importantly stuck to hygiene procedures despite it all. He put up with a lot for one shmuck's package sending a lot of groceries to somebody struggling to keep herself fed. Hasan is a bad a** of the post COVID era. He has my respect. And given how grateful I am and the person I'm sending food to while she's struggling to feed herself, I'm not stretching the truth right now.”
