I had a young lady assist me and she was friendly, professional and helpful with notarizing my requested documents. It's $6 for the first signature and $4 for every signature afterwards. I would def return to this location again if needed!”

“Oh, wow. I came in with a huge load of groceries like five minutes before closing. The one guy working was willing to take what I wanted to ship despite the size of the package and the fact that he was only a few minutes away from shutting down, and he was clearly exhausted, kind of ill, and somehow, *somehow*, still managed to be patient, understanding, and most importantly stuck to hygiene procedures despite it all. He put up with a lot for one shmuck's package sending a lot of groceries to somebody struggling to keep herself fed. Hasan is a bad a** of the post COVID era. He has my respect. And given how grateful I am and the person I'm sending food to while she's struggling to feed herself, I'm not stretching the truth right now.”

“These group of employees deserve a metal with all of the business they receive. The three employees that were there today , has a line at the door and a few customer do get a bit impatient. One employee was taking care of the Amazon and drop off group. The other two managing the rest of the necessary services. They were very friendly and acknowledged that fact that people were waiting ,during the 10 to 15 minutes that it took for my service . Chris is always smiling and takes the time to comment on anything that he may remember from a repeat customer. I definitely recommend this location. Clemson Corner, Frederick MD.”

“Excellent service, really kind , and knowledgeable staff at printing center! I went in on a Friday to get my wedding menus printed and the staff were great! They printed a sample, which came out way too big, but then found a way to downsize the font and images. They warned that brides looking to use Etsy customized downloads for wedding invites, menus, etc. should be careful because sometimes it's hard to size things appropriately depending on the download program. Pricing was fair, paper cutting cost was standard $10, but pricy for 15 menus. Picked up next day and they looked great! Card stock was nice quality for price. Contactless payment and mask wearing was followed. Manager greeted us when we came in and was very nice as well!”

“Katie the store manager was awesome, had a nightmare of an ordeal receiving a 2 day shipment that ended up being a 6 day shipment because the Hagerstown location was down right unsatisfactory in doing their jobs. After many many complaints and communications, I finally was able to get my package to the Fredrick office, Katie was very kind, truthful and very helpful and she stayed in contact with me when my package finally got to her. She came into my situation late within the issue but was more helpful than any of the customer service, resolution specialists or managers I spoke to at the Hagerstown location. She was very considerate to the high priority need of my item and my rating to her personally would be a 10/10, Hagerstown and the other 8 people I spoke to is a -0/10 with a huge thumbs down. If you’re in the maryland area go to FedEx on W. Patrick St.. You’ll get real customer service. Thank you Katie, I GREATLY appreciate you and so does my monster dog!”

But the main reason for my review is that I when I desperately needed a poster tube and unknowingly rushed in the store a minute before they closed (oops, Veteran’s Day hours), the employees helped me find a tube and checked me out super fast!
