Got up early on a Saturday morning. Went to Labcorp on Solarex, and there was a line already waiting for them to open at 7am. I went in right after and there was a bunch of people in the small waiting area. Not having an appt, I was not going to sit in a confined environment for who knows how long. So I headed towards TJ Drive and I knew my sister went to Quest there not too long ago. Went in and checked myself in at the kiosk. Was called back in less than ten minutes, maybe even had been five, and Brandy(sp?) was terrific. Very pleasant and took care of things promptly. Absolutely changed my Saturday morning around, for the better.

Everything went smoothly. The check in was simple. They had a machine that scanned your ID and insurance cards, so no people to talk to or clipboard with papers to fill out. They also communicated with texts and let you check in when you get there. My appointment was at 7:10 am, and I was done and getting in my car at 7:10. I am extremely impressed by and grateful to Sonia (Sonya?) because she was able to find a vein and draw the blood on the first try, something that almost never happens for me. All around great experience. The Quest in Winchester, VA needs to call them and take notes how to do it right.

I made an appointment through their automated system but the time didn't quite suite me, so I decided to try my luck as a walk-in. When I arrived, I explained the situation and checked in...and my wait time was literally only about a minute! They were courteous, professional...and competent! The facility is well-maintained with comfortable chairs and a TV in the waiting room. It is always best to make an appointment (see the web page or call for that!) but if you go early in the day as a walk-in, the odds are pretty good that they will be able to see you right away! Five-star all the way!

Nora was so extremely kind and sweet to me. I was so thankful I happened to get her for my visit.

Got there for my scheduled appointment, checked myself in, waited maybe 10 mins and got called back. It was painless and overall a good experience.

Absolutely terrible. The woman looks she was in a hurry (looks she was late). Because. I wait 1hr. To somebody to see me. I've gotten lots of blood drawn and it had never hurt bad. I watch how she put the needle in my arm, (bad)and I have thick veins. After my arm was so sore I couldn't lift it for hours and now days later I still have a huge bruise, swelling, and redness. Thigs happen but she was uncaring, it was a horrible experience

Borderline abusive staff. Appointment was for 10:10, forced to wait 30 minutes. Was sent back to a room at 10:40 and kicked out for a walk in pregnant lady when I'm also pregnant, they prioritized her care over mine. Get back to the room and I'm stuck 4 times on each arm by the older lady, she left the needle in my arm when she left the room to get help because she could not draw my blood. The young lady got my blood right away. The older lady got in my face and yelled at me about drinking water even though I was told to fast. She got me and said he other patient up several times and was confused the entire time. I started crying because she stuck me so many times and then touched my hand even though I told her to leave me alone. As I'm leaving the place while crying she announces to everyone in the lobby that "she's ok". I will never go back to this location again. I'll go to lab corp.

I had an appointment today. Stayed for 30 minutes and never got called back. My boyfriend also had an appointment. He sat for 40 minutes in a chair while the nurse never said a word to him. Just typed on the computer then said "That will be $200." We left and went to Sunshine Labs across the street. This is about the 5th terrible experience here, so we will NEVER go back. Updated to add I received my 7:30AM "check in" text at 1:25PM...6 hours past my appointment time.

The facility was clean and the check in process when you make an appointment online was very simple. I was in and out within 30 minutes and the staff was very kind. I get nervous and have small veins and they were very kind and everything went smoothly.

I went to this quest diagnostics for a 3 hour glucose tolerance test and my phlebotomist was extremely unpleasant. When calling me back to the lab, she did not address me by name. Simply looked at me and said “come back” I was confused when she said this, then responded with “yeah you, come back”. When I sat down, she gave me one worded responses and hardly made eye contact with me and drew my blood. When I came back an hour later for my next draw, she was on FaceTime with her AirPods in and blew my vein in the process leaving a small and painful hemtatoma. Overall terrible experience and will not be making any more appointments to this location

Came in for a job drug screening I sat in there for over 20 mins people who came in after me had already left. The receptionist at the front desk had to do it. Thanks to her!!! Very unprofessional place. I wouldn't recommend at all and it wasn't packed.

10/10 experience at this location. I’ve had some really terrible experiences at other quest locations, so I was pleasantly surprised this morning. All the staff was friendly/ greeted you. I was pulled back before my appointment time and was in and out with no troubles. Thank you ladies!

It is a very efficient place, just make your online appt , check in on your phone!, put everything online, show up for appt and they are always fast and efficient! 2/3 employees are very good at taking blood and no pain at all! Lately a bit of frustration from employees is notable! I ask quest treat their employees with more respect and I think your reviews will go up! I am loyal to this place!

The lab work was efficient and fast. The only problem is that although it says that my results were available online, the only results I found was from 3 years ago with a different insurance provider. Wish they would just mail this stuff. Very annoying to have to create all kinds of user names and passwords to receive info.

Quest is organizationaly broken. I go in with blood work paperwork same as I have many years before and the computer says they have no time slots left. I tried to ask someone if they could fit me in, because I have been fasting. There were clearly blood techs standing around talking. One person was very rude, slammed a curtain shut and would not talk. After 45 minutes of waiting, I went to LabCorp and had a much better experience.
