Whatever antiquated computer system they are using makes this process a genuine headache. I filled my information out no less than 3 different ways, they lost the order and I had to have my physician fax it to them, then I had to wait while they manually printed the orders! Why on gods green earth do they send fax electronically just to make a hard copy?! Then I created an account on their useless website and waited for results to never come. Then once I weaved through their BS support, the answer I get was (paraphrasing here), our system cannot manage minor inconsistencies and you’ll need to make a request through your doctor. I usually use Labcor and took a chance on Quest. Never again.

My kids had blood work, the nurses were very rude and unprofessional to approach children.

Very rude employees who assume you know their system. Absolutely no one to direct you anywhere on the way in. It’s like they know they are terrible and hide so they don’t have to deal with it.

Nowhere does it say they do not do drug screens after 2:30 pm. I came here as soon as I was sent the Registration Provider and QPassport ID. Almost 45 minutes one way to be told to come back at 6:30 am.

My experience at this Quest Diagnostics office was incredibly disappointing and frustrating.
Upon arrival, I urgently needed to use the restroom. I had been holding it because I knew that I would need to be able to provide a urine sample for my life insurance exam. Despite my request to do this first, the staff insisted on checking my blood pressure first, causing it to be elevated due to my discomfort.
After finally completing the exam, I left the facility only to receive a call an hour later informing me that they had forgotten to have me sign some paperwork.
I am unable to return today as I have work meetings and I fly out of town for work and wont be back for 4 says.
This means that I have to return to the facility and redo the entire exam.
The lack of attention to detail and disregard for my time and comfort during my visit to Quest Diagnostics has left me extremely dissatisfied with their services. I would caution others against using this facility for any testing needs due to their incompetence and lack of professionalism.

The service was amazing and everyone was friendly. Why would I recommend Quest Diagnostics to a friend or colleague based on professional Business? I feel this wouldn't come up in small talk.

The technician who helped me in the office was patient and easy to work with despite the fact that I brought in an unusual number of orders right before lunch. I am thankful for her wonderful disposition and assistance!

I MADE AN APPOINTMENT, ARIVED AND CHECKED IN AS REQUESTED. NO ONE ACKNOWLEGED MY PRESENCE , AND THE COMPUTER SIGN ON THE WALL STATED THEY WERE SERVING NO ONE, I SAT WITHOUT ANYONE ACKNOWLEDGING ME FOR NEARLY 30 MINUTES!
