So....I went into the Store on 7th street in Frederick MD just before 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 15 to return some Amazon items. While there, I noticed an item on the clearance rack. No price posted, and the boxes for said item were all empty (no signage indicating the items were kept elsewhere for security purposes, etc.). I then realized there was NO ONE working on the floor, and the only two employees in sight were the young woman taking Amazon returns and a young man working in the copy center. I went to what appeared to be a managers office and noticed through the window there was a young man inside. I knocked, and he just looked at me. I gestured to him to open the door, and he said, "whattya want?" I Said, "can you open the door?" His response? "you're not supposed to be here, who are you??" I said, "well, I WAS a customer up until this very second, but not anymore!" and I left, with a few choice words directed his way. Staples service at this location has been pretty horrid each time I've been in there the past few years (never anyone available to assist), and it's a pretty good indicator why Amazon and other mail-order outlets are winning the retail wars. Going forward, I won't even take Amazon returns there, as I assume they're getting some kind of kickback from the vendor for providing that service, and I don't want to support that chain in any way, shape, or form.

HORRIBLE customer service! It’s like they don’t even want to be here. I did a lamination order of a banner. First they tried to say it was near impossible to laminate due to the size of the banner and then said it wouldn’t be ready till the next day. When I got there the next day to pick it up the banner was sitting around undone and they tried to tell me that they were so busy that they couldn’t even get to do it.
The tech over in lamination has an attitude like she doesn’t want to be there and the manager just basically made excuses to reinforce her attitude.
NEVER again will I be frequenting this establishment. They are good at wasting your time! Zero professionalism and I watched them turn more people away than actually help.

Waited for a technician at tech services. No one is there and there is no bell for service. After 10 minutes of waiting I called the store on my phone. After a lengthy time a young man answered and came over to talk with us. During our discussion he was chewing on a plastic floss pick and let us know the technician was off today but would get us his business card. After he left a clerk yelled over that there was no tech services today. The young man did not return with a business card and was working at cash register when we walked out.

Every time I go to a Staples I'm disappointed. Today I went to print one document. All for copiers had broken USB readers. I know this because four times I had to put in a credit card and pre-authorize the payment, only then to discover that the USB drive was broken and do it over again until there were no more copiers to try.

The sales associate looked in the back of the store to find the one and only Apple Watch charger. It was my lucky day, he said. They sell out all the time.

It has been taken long already to drop off Amazon packages, now the drop off moved from the ship services to the cashier, now it is just terrible

More than 30 minutes to return one Amazon package because only person works at the UPS line. Do not drop your returns at this location.
