“In the spring, Skips Auto Repair replaced the timing belt on my car. Thankfully, it was under warranty. Brian handled all of the admin stuff and got my car back on the road quickly. It’s now November and over the last couple of weeks, I noticed that I had a slow leak coming from the water pump area. I called Skips and Brian said he would squeeze me in to get it fixed quickly. My car was done the next day and Brian replaced the entire timing belt system, including the water pump. I really appreciate his willingness to fix this quickly and make sure the car is safe to drive! Thank you!”

“I had to get some stuff out of my vehicle and I did not realize that the shop was not open on Saturdays. However, an employee by the name of Travis had pulled up and was able to help me find someone to gain access to my vehicle and get what I needed out of it. He's an awesome person. “Went to the Kenworth Dealer and they stated that I needed a new radiator pipe and didn’t have the part while I was loaded. Also charged me $680. Went an hour down the road and overheated but I had enough coolant to get me to this shop. The night crew looked it over, didn’t charge me and said it would be best to have it looked at in the morning. They moved several trucks around in their parking lot so we could park in their lot over night and have the truck level and off the road in a safe place. In the morning, they put it under pressure and found the coolant leak and tightened the clamp. I was only charged 1/2 hour. They were more than fair and everyone that I encountered was more than nice.”

However, the nicest people at Grimm’s made the experience so much easier and even went so far as to call the insurance company for me and did their best to help me through the process of getting my car moved to a collision center. I so appreciate their kindness during a very frustrating and overwhelming time.”

(New battery, but the starter decided to quit) Dorsey's was quick to respond, and took great care loading and unloading her vehicle. Very friendly driver and office person that took my call and got the ball rolling. The entire time between phone call and getting the car back off the truck at my designated dropoff was unbelievably quick. Highly recommend Dorsey's!”
