“In the spring, Skips Auto Repair replaced the timing belt on my car. Thankfully, it was under warranty. Brian handled all of the admin stuff and got my car back on the road quickly. It’s now November and over the last couple of weeks, I noticed that I had a slow leak coming from the water pump area. I called Skips and Brian said he would squeeze me in to get it fixed quickly. My car was done the next day and Brian replaced the entire timing belt system, including the water pump. I really appreciate his willingness to fix this quickly and make sure the car is safe to drive! Thank you!”

“I really appreciate this shop, Luis and his people! When I moved into town a few years ago, my landlord recommended them. He is very handy and knows how to fix many things himself so is not the type to rip off easily. They were always honest with him and his wife, fair, and well priced.
Luis has given me plenty of advice when I’ve called over the phone or in person and deliberated my options, including reasons to sell my last car. Once I had put manyyy miles on my last car, they told me an idea of how many more miles I may have until the thousands of dollars of repairs would be due.
They are not judgmental, are understanding, and are open to doing certain work with parts you purchase yourself. I fully planned to kill time there and walking around nearby when they worked on my car yesterday but they had someone drive me to wait at my home or a local café, and they picked me up when my car was done.”
“Very professional from front end staff to the Technicians. Albert the owner also has expert knowledge on vehicles. My Corvette only goes to Albert at Milex and my other daily drivers to Milex also. I had a Vararam cold air induction installed on my vette. What difference getting more air into engine and upwards to 20 more HP.”

“This place has the most professional people from towing staff to reception staff and specially, Dave and his staff in bodyshop is the true example of going above and beyond. One of our truck 2020 Freightliner Coronado (White) got damaged by another carrier in Maryland rest area damage was quite substantial truck wasn’t drivable. From first call after midnight for towing to getting truck fixed was a phenomenal experience in terms of quality parts, workmanship and timely communication from bodyshop manager Dave who handled all the insurance formalities himself.

However, the nicest people at Grimm’s made the experience so much easier and even went so far as to call the insurance company for me and did their best to help me through the process of getting my car moved to a collision center. I so appreciate their kindness during a very frustrating and overwhelming time.”
