“'Twas the eve of my next campaign installment and alas, I could not find a specific miniature in my esteemed collection. I summoned my cellular device and place a call to this fine establishment, not only did Madam Amy(?) know her stock, she had the wherewithal to know exactly where it was and what my incoherent ramblings were alluding to. I was taken back by stellar customer service, well received conversation, and much needed motivation. I will return, in haste, if I ever have a last minute need, because I know they will do as they can, in abundance.

“For anyone 10 and under, this place is mesmerizing. Cheery, upbeat staff that are eager to help and often have demos. The toys, books and puzzles aren't likely to be found down a Walmart isle, but probably on Amazon. But you're supposed to go with your kid(s) for the true tactile experience. Be ready for some sticker shock as the mark-ups/pricing aren't exactly excusable?
And parking in downton Frederick on the weekend is the storm before the calm. But worth checking out. Added plus... Not a video game in sight!”
