this is the worsttt usps i’ve been to. i waited in line for over 30 minutes because there was only one employee and she was taking forever. the line was so long we couldn’t even fit in the office and all she was doing was laughing with customers and telling her life story instead of trying to hurry up. sometimes good customer service is being as fast as possible and not making people wait 30+ minutes in line to return a simple package.

Staff did a good job. The building is in sad shape. Team working did a good job but their morale was low. Left there feeling sad for them. Hopefully the postmaster can fix this soon.

My first class, certified letter mailed 3/1 scheduled for delivery 3/4, still, as of 3/10 hasn't been delivered. Disgraceful!

The lady at the counter is extremely nice and professional. But I am sure the guy at the counter hates his job.

I never ship anything USPS but i did and they lost the package right away. I have now been reminded why it is never a good idea to government services.

I think they should show more empathy to their workers today someone came to leave a package and he threw it from afar I have the video from the camera they are a disaster if they don't like the simple work they should change it for another

Convenient local post office. There are often long lines as there may only be two postal clerks available to take your mail inside.

If you ever go on a trip, don’t expect them to suspend your mail. They won’t. No matter how many times you put the request in, no matter how many times you complain that they failed, the staff ignore it and deliver the mail while you’re away. Management does nothing to correct the problem and they never answer the phone for local customer service either. It’s like they want to be an accomplice to burglary by alerting thieves you’re not home. They're also notorious lately for losing or misdelivering mail.

In my handful of times here, I've always had fast and very polite service. Never had to wait more than a few minutes. Always my go-to post office

In my experience it's a great little post office. It's small so make sure you budget enough time in case there is a line.The 3 or 4 staff members that have helped me have been tactful, informative and efficient. One time they even had the patience to locate a package in their bin I had dropped off 2 hours before, when I thought I'd made a mistake with the address. I have seen customers treat them quite rudely and even throw things around the store, but the staff kept their cool.

I've complained about my mail not being delivered from that p. office. Mail not picked up or it's delivered to wrong address, even my meds from VAMC were sent to wrong address. Post master, told me he's Po police. What??? Just have my mailed delivered correctly and picked up. Police that...They did stop stock piling same ads. Don't need 3 or 4 of same ad.
