If you ever go on a trip, don’t expect them to suspend your mail. They won’t. No matter how many times you put the request in, no matter how many times you complain that they failed, the staff ignore it and deliver the mail while you’re away. Management does nothing to correct the problem and they never answer the phone for local customer service either. It’s like they want to be an accomplice to burglary by alerting thieves you’re not home. They're also notorious lately for losing or misdelivering mail.

In my handful of times here, I've always had fast and very polite service. Never had to wait more than a few minutes. Always my go-to post office

In my experience it's a great little post office. It's small so make sure you budget enough time in case there is a line.The 3 or 4 staff members that have helped me have been tactful, informative and efficient. One time they even had the patience to locate a package in their bin I had dropped off 2 hours before, when I thought I'd made a mistake with the address. I have seen customers treat them quite rudely and even throw things around the store, but the staff kept their cool.

I've complained about my mail not being delivered from that p. office. Mail not picked up or it's delivered to wrong address, even my meds from VAMC were sent to wrong address. Post master, told me he's Po police. What??? Just have my mailed delivered correctly and picked up. Police that...They did stop stock piling same ads. Don't need 3 or 4 of same ad.

They have no phone number, so you have to drive there and stand in line for 20 minutes to ask a simple question that they cant be bothered to just post on their website. Absolute garbage.

DONT USE THIS PLACE FOR A PO BOX UNLESS YOU HAVE TO! This is a joke. The last politician has made the postal system a business instead of a service for the American people as it once was. Why do we still have pre-Covid hours for post office boxes? Why have we not reverted back to allowing people into their boxes at all hours? This seems to be the dumbest thing ever considering I pay almost $300 to be able to have access to my PO Box and I’m still at bankers hours for a post office, and this is supposed to be premium service for this office! This doesn’t seem like premium service. If I am only allowed to get into my box during “premium hours” why isn’t it all hours like most other PO Box services. I run a Business and I can’t run it at their hours. They need to lower the “premium” cost since it’s not premium services or they need to go back to premium hours!!!Or just close this office and use it for P.O. Boxes Only and lower the cost all together and stop charging it as a premium fee because it’s not. Go to UPS OR ANYWHERE ELSE!!

I only come here to return packages it’s been times that I had the stuff packaged but no tape, Ryan is the most unprofessional, rude, non customer service having individual. Even his tone of voice, he comes off like he hates being there and it shows on his face and how he handles his job! He literally is the only employee in there that has something to say when I just need tape. I’ve witnessed him being rude to other customers pouting, huffing and puffing like a child! The other employees that have assisted me are friendly and professional and not being rude about tape!

I had a return that used a QR code, and the gentleman who helped me was courteous and quick. Exiting the parking lot was confusing because the inbound lanes are marked with yellow lines, which indicates two-way traffic. You have to go down through Staples parking lot to access the outbound lanes. It's easy to get caught going the wrong way. There should be signs to avoid confusion.

The customer service is horrible. I order a new key for my mail box and was given a new key and it doesn't work plus I have been calling for a week to get a new key and cannot get a hold of anyone.... guys I will drill out that lock if you don't start doing your job

To keep things short- it’s a perfectly usable post office if you can use the kiosk to mail items without having to interact with the staff. While some are pleasant, I’ve also been condescended to when I’ve had questions about postage and mailing classifications- i.e why a 1/4” envelope is somehow considered a package rather than a large envelope (making it more than twice the machine quoted cost to ship despite the weight already being considered)Certain staff have also purposely withheld helpful information just to be spiteful so unless you enjoy being frustrated and uncomfortable I’d avoid interacting with them unless really necessary.

My God, this post office needs a major improvement. Leaving people standing in lines for over an hour is wholly unacceptable. Do they comprehend the meaning of Christmas rush?? Having only one employee working to serve customers this time of year is NOT an acceptable level of service. The management of this post office should be fired Today.

Right when I got in Ryan was terrible and being so difficult. Didn’t want to help me at all. I had downloaded the shipping label told me we can’t take that. Went back reprinted it and He was being very lazy the whole entire time. I asked Ryan what box should I use for my shipping box he didn’t want to help, asked whats the cheapest box and he said he doesn’t know and doesn’t remember. On the other hand Sinday was excellent. He helped me right away with my experience. Helped me get the right envelope for it and packaged it up. Sinday he made my experience way better and more easier.
