“Purchased a book from them online. The book was listed as “like new” and after close inspection, I can confirm it is indeed like new. Seller could have chosen to be dishonest and list it falsely as new to get more money and I wouldn’t have even known but they had the integrity not to. (Unlike Plum Circle who sold me a “new” book that had red pen ink marks on 2 of the pages). My only critique is that for comics and collectible books, a sturdier cardboard envelope be used next time. Thanks again!”

“I got my membership only a few months ago, and before then I had never been inside a Costco before. I was amazed at the differences between them and other price club stores. Costco has many more products available and so many more departments, the amount of different things you can find is mind blowing! The store also seems clean, is easy to navigate, and the prices are more than fair. I also noticed that you can get a hot dog and soda for $1.50, a price that hasn't changed since the 1970's! They have discounts on travel, the prices at the gas station are the lowest in town, and their return policy is OUT OF THIS WORLD amazing!!

I see why more people in the world choose them over their competitors, but the thing that absolutely won me over was the staff. The employees at Costco seem so much happier, are friendly, helpful, courteous, and actually available when you need them! The lines at check out are longer, but all in all the wait really wasn't that bad because they have strategies in place that help knock the lines down quickly. I've truly been converted and my family has been too!!”

“Looks like they have overnight parking if you’re delivering within a certain time frame, I however showed up 2hrs before my appt and they gave me a door right away. I was lost where the 200s where at and they’re behind the building go around the right side instead of the left so you don’t have to make a U turn to sight side into dock. Early morning appts are crazy multiple trucks trying to back in while others are trying to leave or get by to their docks. Seems like anything after 10am is less congested. Anywho other than that it’s a typical Costco dc.”
