Can't vouch for anyone else, but Mike helped me and my housemates out with a new router. Xe was nice and very helpful, especially right before close. Nobody goes into one of these stores anticipating an easy time, so it was a welcome surprise. If we need to go in again, we'll definitely keep an eye out for xem!
