I needed to send in an old phone (any phone) to get a free phone
. T mobile corporate sent to UPS to print the shipping label
Three different ups stores demanded $3 just to print the label + $1.00 for shipping tape
On a whim, I was driving an hour ago to a 4th ups store. In front I saw a t mobile store and thought maybe they could help
I was welcome by the best best & friendliest & competent t mobile employeemanager i have ever met, Dylan J.
He printed the label & packaged my device perfectly
Now I can drop it off at the UPS..that will be my last visit to any ups store for the remainder of my life
Give this t mobile a shot..lines not long..staff quite competent & old school friendly.
One day Dylan might be the Ceo of t mobile if he wants the aggravation

I wish I had gotten the name of the young woman who assisted me! I shared how fed up I was with my previous carrier. She was patient, kind and empathetic. We used to go to the mt airy location and they were never even close to as helpful as Cacey at this location!”
