“Came for an oil change apparently when everyone else in the area decided to. They let me know the wait time which stated was 20 mins. Ended up waiting closer to 40. Workers being yelled at by customers but they kept their cool. My number was finally called and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Great service and reasonable staff. Be patient if there are others there as they can only move as fast as the oil flows.”

“All of understand the how costly is keeping our vehicles running safely on the roads and how difficult it can be to find a reliable, skilled mechanic who just might have customer service chops as well. My two favorite gentlemen are struggling with serious health concerns requiring exorbitant ongoing care, so needing automotive repairs on a lean budget is difficult to say the least. From, Al, Brian, Bill and Mark I received clear information, doable turnaround time (even whilst they are working on the bugs of newly installed software) customer care and kindness. Most of us are feeling the squeeze of this economy and knowing there is a business that won’t take advantage provides me with a sense of relief.
Mr. Al even respectfully joked with a customer in front of me in line that he would have to place him in a chair facing the corner for the customer’s inappropriate generalized attitude and comments toward women. During a vulnerable time, dare I say I feel as if I have newly acquired brothers here. Thank you very much.”

I like how the technician who services my vehicle calls to tell me how it did on inspection and what it needs (or may need) in the future. Their prices are very reasonable and they are honest. A few of my extended family members also take their vehicles here and they are equally happy with their service.”
“I purchased a 1975 Triumph TR6 a little over a year ago that was a solid car but needed some mechanical TLC. “Lock's is my go-to towing partner. I have a couple of Jeeps plagued with issues that have left me stranded on lonely country roads in the woods, to 695 at rush hour, and beyond. They are always responsive, and have at times, bent over backwards to help me, such as picking up my son who dropped a vehicle for maintenance (I was supposed to pick him up), then dropping my Jeep at the garage I indicated, then providing a ride home for me and my son (we live close by). I can always count on Lock's to be fair, timely, and professional!”

“This place is outstanding! I hit a tree that was laying across the road from a wind storm. One of the limbs punctured my transmission. I had it towed to “my” mechanic who called me the next day and said he couldn’t repair it. He “highly” recommended Sotdoris Motors and I had it towed there. As soon as it got there I received a call from Jeremy who explained everything I needed to know. He had a new transmission and had it in within a week. I am very pleased with the work he did, the quick turnaround time, and especially the price!!!

“We moved recently and had to find a new car repair - maintenance shop. My friends recommended Ed's garage. Dickie and the mechanics at Ed's garage are absolutely excellent. They've surpassed my expectations. My wife's truck is used for search and rescue and keeping this truck on the road is critical. I can't speak enough about the guys from Ed's garage. Extremely honest and knowledgeable. If the car needs a repair they will repair it. If it does not they will not needlessly repair or replace parts like many shops unfortunately do. Honestly, there hasn't been a single issue that they haven't been able to diagnose and repair. My wife and I feel very fortunate to have found such an honest car repair shop. Thanks Dickie!!”
