“Surplus City is usually the first placeI go to mainly they always seem to have what I need most. They always have such a variety of seasonal products on hand. Prices are pretty reasonal. Their customer services is always top notch and friendly, going the extra mile.”
“We just visited here and honestly, we wish we would've found this place when we started remodeling. The owner greeted us the minute we stepped in the store, he and his son made us feel very welcome and both were very knowledgeable in the items we asked about. They will be getting all our business from this point on as our remodeling is continuing.”

“I have never had any trouble finding what I need here for any project, and the employees have always been very helpful. When I went yesterday for flowers, I was pleased to find a nice variety of quality plants and gorgeous flowers. They even had the succulents I had been looking for!”
“The employee who took time from his other work to help me for five minutes (without me having to even ask) all for a $2 purchase was honestly the highlight of my day. Thank you to whoever helped me.”

“As I arrived in Frostburg this afternoon, my headlight went out. I didn’t want to drive two hours back home later, in the dark, with one headlight. I stopped here about 20 minutes before closing and the employee on duty not only looked up the right headlight and sold it to me (which was what I expected), but also installed the new headlight for me! I was on my way within minutes with two good headlights. The great service was very much appreciated!!”
