“We had an adjustable bed that had a power cord malfunction after a move - now we'd bought this bed YEARS ago at THAT Furniture Store. I reached out for help trying to locate a new power cord and Dianne jumped on it right away. Worked with us to help us try to get it back to a flat position so we could sleep, and was able to secure a new power cord for us in a very timely matter! Great communication and follow up. We'll be shopping there again soon!”
