I’ve also brought a wool coat here that shrunk in the wash and they were able to lengthen the sleeves and make it look brand new again.”
“I was in a rush and needed a suit dry cleaned and returned the same day. I’ve never had to do it before so I was lost and everywhere else couldn’t do it in time or offer any advice. I called Dorsey cleaners and Jake explained why it couldn’t get done today and offered a solution. He steam pressed my suit (which wasn’t dirty to begin with) and had it done in no time. “The Island Plaza Cleaners are local heroes! After I moved out of a moldy apartment, they were able to get the mold out of my dry clean clothes, including a handmade wool coat I got from my grandma. When I brought the clothes in, they were realistic and upfront with what they were and were not sure they could get the mold out of. They were also very friendly and understanding! In the end, they got the mold out of everything and saved the coat I got from my grandma?

“I had my wedding suit tailored here at sort of the last minute and they came through with flying colors. I also have a pair of dress pants that need a simple hem of the pant length and I am confident that it will be perfect! Both times I have come in for alterstions, I have been greeted with a smile and quick efficient measurements! I have recommended this tailor/cleaner to everyone that needs something altered!

“My family has been going here for over 20 years, even after we moved about fifteen minutes further away. The family that runs the cleaners is wonderful, very dedicated and helpful. I have brought them the results of my clumsiness, you know what I mean, and they have taken care of 98% of them. In the rare instance where they don't do something right, they bend over backwards to fix it. We also have had items altered and they do a great job at reasonable prices.”
“Clean and well maintained laundromat. Even when it was busy there were enough machines of various sizes that worked for everyone and little to no wait. Staff were present and responsive to customer questions and were cleaning machines or folding laundry as part of their offered paid wash and fold service. There are very few places to sit or fold considering the number of machines but that's the only negative.”

“Clean, newer laundromat in Columbia with fair pricing and well-maintained machines. Overall, it is a good place to wash clothes. During one visit, however, a man stared at me while I was doing laundry, which made me uncomfortable. I recommend staying aware of your surroundings, watching your belongings, and getting in and out without lingering.”
“Recently, our Bob Double Stroller ripped at the seam. I called multiple places with no luck as businesses declined to repair a stroller even with the fabric removed from stroller frame. I called Zeka's and he told me to bring it into the store so he could look at it. He evaluated the tear and repaired it on the spot, reinforcing the stitch from the front and back, and spared me a trip back for pick up. He was a nice man and the work was quality.”

It was too loose in the chest and involved bringing the v-neck up by tailoring the shoulders. Looked fantastic when she was done with it.”

“Been going here off and on since 2010, and pretty consistently since our washer at home broke last summer . Gets packed on weekends, but overall great place. Love that the big washers can handle all my family’s laundry in one go most weeks. I think some of the smaller machines need to be replaced because they’ve been down for months, but most of the bigger ones work fine. 30-40 minutes to wash, 40 ish to dry, and I get a couple hours to read a book or listen to a podcast.”

“They're always cleaning their units and the laundromat in general. The only downside is that it's always busy and people how on to carts so at times it is hard to get a cart. I recommend bringing your own transportation to move your clothes from the washer to dryer and it and out of your vehicle.”
“Began coming here when I moved into the area about 7-8 years ago. It is very helpful that they do drop offs. Makes life a lot easier, prices did go up .25 cents a pound but still not a bad price to drop off and pick up your fresh laundry.”

There is a slight, language barrier with the nice, older couple, but everything gets done.”
