We’ve been taking both our dogs ( ages 14 &13) here for almost a decade. Groomer Caroline does an AWESOME job ( few groomers know how to work with aging pets and she does!).
We find all staff ( grooming and the main store) to be knowledgeable and very polite. Easy parking. Win-win!”

The groomers and the receptionist were all very nice and asked tons of questions about my dog so that they could best meet her needs, which I HIGHLY appreciate. I can tell that they really care about the safety and comfortability of the dogs they groom. My dog went from looking like a mop to looking like a star ? thank y'all so much!!!”
“Conveniently located but it goes beyond that. My wife and I were fostering a dog, I came here with a few questions. The gentleman behind the counter came around and showed me options for a teething puppy. He was very friendly, didn't try to hard push anything, and seemed to actually care by asking questions and engaging with me. Was very nice to experience because you don't find this in many places these days. Will be back

“These folks are the best. They tackle all of our rough collie's mats and tangles without shaving or hacking away at everything. He comes home looking shiny and gorgeous, with a natural looking cut and all the shedding undercoat gone. He's so much more comfortable. It's lovely!”

“LIDL is like ALDI in that it's a small supermarket and won't come close to having everything a large supermarket would. Like ALDI, it carries some German food items, gets 1 off special buys and has a small produce section. Unlike ALDI, this one has its own bakery (fresh bread, croissants), it has a rewards program, you don't need a quarter to get a shopping cart and it comes out with its flyer every Friday (ALDI's comes out on Wednesdays). The staff are courteous and, it has plenty of parking. Overall, like ALDI, it's a really nice small supermarket.”

“Staff was very professional, they sent a text with instructions as to where and how to check in long before Prince Ezekiel and I arrived at VetCo. We were greeted with smiles and all the staff were astonishingly, friendly, polite, and helpful from start to finish as soon as I walked into the door.
The person who administered Prince Ezekiel’s shots explained to me what the shots were for and why he needed them and even provided a list of places I could go to have my dog Ezekiel neutered.”
“Nice selection of cat treats. I always prefer to try a single serve of a new treat or food before ordering in larger quantity, especially as my older cats tend to be (even more) finicky. Staff are pleasant, and there's a generous return policy for trying new foods. I also have a soft spot for this location because their co-located adoption center is where my girls came from. Always take a look to see what kitties are awaiting their forever homes, you may come away smitten.”

“This PetSmart has always been so reliable—much more so than other locations, especially compared to the one in Catonsville. My husband and I visited today, and right away we noticed how clean and organized everything was. The staff greeted us warmly, and we could tell it’s a popular location among pet owners based on how many were coming and going.
We came in to pick up Dubia roaches for our leopard gecko, but an associate taking inventory took the time to help us out. She was incredibly knowledgeable and let us know that our juvenile gecko might not do well with the hard shells of the roaches. She suggested sticking with crickets and mealworms instead—and even helped us bag the crickets! Her friendliness and expertise really stood out and definitely secured this PetSmart as our go-to location moving forward.
Overall, the store is clean, well-stocked, and full of helpful staff. Highly recommend this location!”

“I've been frequenting this Pet Barn location, as well as the one in Annapolis, for the last 4 years. I live in the center between the two, so it depends on the day and what else is needed. My pup has many allergies and stomach problems with regular OTC dog food. My vet suggested putting her on a raw diet with K9 Kraving dog food, which completely changed her health but it's not available at regular pet stores. Pet Barn carries the food she needs, as well as a variety of food to select from, wet to dry (some even freeze dried), other raw varieties, along with treats, snacks, etc. The staff has always been extremely helpful and has even carried the food out to the car for me. Some of the brands have specials (i.e., buy X amount and get one free), buy a case and get one tube of raw food free, etc. Pet Barn's computer system keeps track of past purchases so that the staff can inform you when to expect the free items.”
