HORRIBLE experience with this branch. Their teller made a mistake when I deposited a check, the check cleared the bank it was written on, and Truist is holding funds because of their mistake they don’t know how to fix and “can only email the dept who can fix it” and they get no response. Do not bank with Truist.

The Truist customer service reps can barely speak English. I spoke to 3 of them who could not answer basic questions about my account.
