“This is a great bank. I use PNC for my work accounts. I only cash and deposit checks. Everyone in there is helpful. There is one gentleman who is always going above and beyond. It’s great they operate like a bank should and still have CASH. What’s up with cashless banks?? Anyways. This is a great establishment.”

“I’ve never had a bad experience coming into this branch. I only have excellent experiences every time I come to this location. Personally out of the M&T locations I’ve been too, this one is my absolute favorite. Damari is extremely professional, knowledgeable about the products and services. The staff is professional. They are busy considering they do have several businesses in the area that do come in. But I never had to wait more than 20 minutes to be attended by a Teller or a banker.”

“Wanted to share an experience that has finally been resolved. Granted, I have had very little success each time I call one of the area branches, but fortunately this time Mr Issa picked up the phone. He is the branch manager in Laurel and is the only one who was able to address my issue. As busy as he is, he was able to follow up with Citi Corporate and research my issue of the bonus hitting my account. Kudos to you, sir.”

“Just seeing these low reviews! Who are these people? 5 Star Bank for sure!! My son and I have been with this bank for years and years. The staff is "always" kind, courteous and patient. Friendly with my son who has challenges. The business is accurate, no mistakes so far.Those negative reviews may indicate rare situations that I personally have "never" witnessed or experienced. So don't give them much weight at all! Come see for yourself.This a 5 star bank! Hope other customers will step forward and share their "positive" experiences as I did here! “My father became a member in the 70s or 80s. I became a member when I went to college. My first credit card was through TFCU - my limit was $500; it was considered a student credit card. I however banked with other financial institutions because there weren’t many TFCU branches near me. Eventually, I became disappointed with my banking institution & decided to bank with TFCU & use their products/services i.e. First time buyer - home & car loan. TCFU informed me about a class for First time home buyers. The class was very informative & helpful with discussions about credit scores. Their process of applying for loans goes rather smoothly. I’ve always had positive experiences with all of the branches & today (10/7/2023) was no different. I went into the branch for to take care of three things - turned out to be four things & i was assisted by Angelo Pimentel. He was pleasant, professional & took care of all matters with patience. Overall, I’m very pleased with TFCU.”
