He is the branch manager in Laurel and is the only one who was able to address my issue. As busy as he is, he was able to follow up with Citi Corporate and research my issue of the bonus hitting my account. Kudos to you, sir.”

“I’ve never had a bad experience coming into this branch. I only have excellent experiences every time I come to this location. Personally out of the M&T locations I’ve been too, this one is my absolute favorite. Damari is extremely professional, knowledgeable about the products and services. The staff is professional. They are busy considering they do have several businesses in the area that do come in. But I never had to wait more than 20 minutes to be attended by a Teller or a banker.”
