“I’ve never had a bad experience coming into this branch. I only have excellent experiences every time I come to this location. Personally out of the M&T locations I’ve been too, this one is my absolute favorite. Damari is extremely professional, knowledgeable about the products and services. The staff is professional. They are busy considering they do have several businesses in the area that do come in. But I never had to wait more than 20 minutes to be attended by a Teller or a banker.”

We have to mention our loan processor Zane who provided top-notch service throughout the two week process. Zane is an asset to the Tower Federal Credit Union organization. She kept us informed every step of the way. Her call was the first and last one that we received on a daily basis. Susan, our closer, was so warm and efficient. Susan settled our loan expeditiously, exactly as requested, seamlessly, and without the unnecessary drama you normally receive. Lastly, Beth and Jessica worked with us at the beginning to ensure all documentation submitted was accurate and complete.
