“Was really unhappy that my brand new bag had some dents in the leather and was missing the dust bag when I got home. I turned around and went all the way back to return it. Keya exchanged it for me and wrapped the new one and put it in the dust bag as it should be with a bag purchase. Presentation and care of the bag is part of a good service. I was very satisfied afterall because of her and will seek her out in the future. She turned my whole day around :)”

“I was very pleased with the selection and fitting processes, The contact person at Nordstrom's at Columbia, Mohamed, was very polite and professional. Obviously the measurements he took were right on. I received the finished suit in about 2 1/2 weeks. I was impressed with the look and fit of my new custom-made suit. When I returned for one minor adjustment, Mohamed was there to coordinate the fix with a Nordstrom's tailor. I am a fan of IndoChino and can recommend them without reservation based on my buying experience.”
“On Saturday, April 18, my daughter and I visited this location, and I must say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a professional and welcoming staff.
We had the pleasure of working with Christiana, and she was absolutely amazing. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and she went above and beyond to help my daughter find two great outfits. What really stood out was how she also took the time to keep my daughter’s goddaughter/niece entertained, allowing my daughter to focus on trying on clothes without distraction.

I looked all over for weeks for a dress to wear to a wedding in the south of Spain (different season than us & a specific color scheme for the wedding, photos are below!) & Thank goodness for Andie! She was so helpful in helping me find the most perfect dress! I loved it so much I ordered it in black so that I could have two!!! Still need to go pick that up but omg I love this place! “I’ve been going less than a year, but it’s the most consistent workout schedule I’ve been able to maintain as a working mom with 2 young kids- I have the 8 class package which is perfect (2 a week) , and the variety of classes is great. I love that I can mix strength, cardio, and mobility, there are always options to dial back or ramp up depending on fitness level, injury or mobility, etc. I love the Maple Lawn location- easy to access, clean, good class options, and awesome instructors/ community!”
