“I just had the worst experience trying to set up an appointment for a passport using both with the online service and automated phone line. Nither one worked properly and my anxiety was though the roof. I am relieved to say I called the Williamsport post office and had the pleasure of speaking to THE KINDEST woman ever. She patiently gave me all the information I needed to walk in prepared for my upcoming appointment. I ended our conversation feeling 100x better. I felt like I could breath again. I wish we could go back to a world where we spoke to real human beings all the time. Thank you to this kind woman. The world needs more people like you!”

“Best customer service, we took our newborn to apply for his passport. As my newborn was little fussy but they were very patience, he was sleeping and not opening his eyes properly. They also tired clicking multiple pics as per request. They did check thoroughly all the documents and also explained which option would be cheaper. Overall it was good experience getting our newborn passport application. #Maryland #frederick #localguide #myersville”

“Excellent Service!! A little bit old school, no scan in computer system etc, limited hours. But Fantastic customer service and somehow when I drop off packages here they seem to get from point A to point B much faster. The tracking picks up in about a day and they ship quite quickly. One of the 2 fastest post offices in the whole town.”

“I had to send some of my stuff to college today and the staff, sadly cant remember his name, who seems to have an asian ethnicity was really kind and helpful. He tried his best to offer me the cheapest option and even helped me packing; wasn’t expecting this kind of service today. Thank you so much!”

“I had such a great experience with Khao! He was genuinely kind, patient, and so helpful throughout my visit. It’s not often that a quick trip to the post office stands out, but his customer service really did. Thank you, Khao! Please forgive me if I misspelled your name.”
