You are provided an estimate prior to any procedure/shots/etc. Very reasonable prices and they do not gram unnecessary shots/medications/procedures down your throat. Super friendly and you can tell they love the animals. Hidden Gem in my book!”
“Love the North Paws crew! Dr. Becker has been wonderful with my little Senegal parrot and Dr. Smith made what is typically a very stressful visit with my spicy cat feel like an absolute breeze. Everyone I've interacted with has been so kind and gentle with my babies. I live in WV, but plan to switch all of my pets over to North Paws for their future veterinary needs. It's worth the drive!”
“My family adopted a dog and we were in need of a new vet since our old vets office closed. We were able to get our pup in for an exam. The receptionist is incredibly friendly and helpful. The vet is very knowledgeable as well. An exam and one years worth of heartguard was just over $150 so pricing is very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!!!!”

“We had a difficult decision to make of letting go one of our cats, Beast, that has been with us for 12+ years. I feel compelled to write this review and offer my greatest appreciation to all the Longmeadow Animal Hospital staff I encountered yesterday. From the receptionists who handled my many calls to schedule the appt then canceling the appt and the patience with me not being able to talk through my tears gave me a comfort I needed. I wasn’t rushed but knew they were incredibly busy and for that I have to say thank you!
To the vet tech who handled Beast like he was her own, talking to him and loving on him with such a kind voice and gentle hands gave me reassurance that he was at the right place.
To the vet who spoke gently and did not make us feel rushed and for giving us a piece of mind of Beast’s condition, knowing there was no further aid we could give set our hearts a little more at ease, thank you for that!
To the entire staff at Longmeadow Animal Hospital who heard the pain and urgency in my voice and did everything they possibly could by getting us in as soon as possible, which was an immediate appt. THANK YOU!

“I had to bring my rabbit, Buny Roy, in today to put him down. He has been my bunny for 10 years. Loyal companion and loads of laugh and all 3.5 pounds of him had a lot of spunk and character. I want to thank Dr. Laura Watson Pettit and her staff for the compassionate care they provided today. They were very patient and understanding. Talked me through the procedure they would perform and listed to my questions and concerns. Probably a little strange to see a 6 foot 3 inch, 58 year old male crying over a little bunny. But they did a great job and made it much easier to do what I had to do for my little buddy.”
“My kitten had passed away this 9-11-22 and they have cremated him for me for a good price they also sent me a sweet letter also where super sweet when I picked him up I really appreciate you all and have an amazing life I appreciate what you do and the care you have for your clients”

“We started going to this vet a few years ago when our previous vet office closed. The care we have received at this office is extraordinary. The staff is all caring and understanding from the front counter staff, to the techs to the vets. Our dog does not like being confined or feet touched but the staff was able to cut our dogs nails and look at her torn dewclaw without issue. I could not speak higher of this office. They are able to get you in usually the same day if needed. They have provided exceptional care to our dog since switching to them.”
“We went in search of a saltwater tank and various equipment for such. Mike was amazingly helpful and super friendly. All of the staff was. The store itself was a little messy with stock carts out of place, but that's the only negative thing I can say. The shelves were neat, and stock was plentiful. I used to be a PetSmart consumer, but I'll definitely be a return shopper. The service was top notch!”

“Over the past 5 years or so, I've had 3 of my dogs there for things ranging from osteoarthritis issues to TPLO surgery and patella surgery. The staff has always been extremely helpful and caring. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you're able to assist your pet at home as well as providing a great service to the area! All of my dogs have always been excited to go there and "play" with the staff.”
