“I can not stress enough how amazing the Vet and the team is here. My baby Peanut was unfortunately on her last hour's but the team here were so incredible and compationate. I lost Peanut that day. They returned her to me wrapped so delicately and with fresh flowers, I can barely explain without tears in my eye's, just how beautiful and much it meant to me! Then, almost a week later in the mail I received a condolence letter with impressions of her tiny paws as a keepsake. Thank you, Mid-Atlantic, I can't tell you how much I appreciate how you made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. God bless you ALL!!”

“Very caring and empathetic as well as knowledgeable. I felt heard, my cat was the most important animal there whenever they were dealing directly with him. Thank you for caring so much for my seriously ill, elderly cat as well as his Mom.”

“My elderly little dog has many health problems. That Dr. Byers has sussesfully helped manage with proper medication. One of which is fall allergies, and she gets so congested that Dr. Byers does a saline flush of her nose that always helps her breath better.”

“We recently made a visit after a long hiatus. Even though we hadn't been seen in quite some time everyone was more than happy to see both of the girls and address all of our needs! I was beside myself all week building up to the appointment worrying that since my senior dog was having an arthritis flare up, I would be given the worst news. Instead we were met with a pain management plan and lots of motivation. Your pets will get taken to the rear exam office for their vaccinations and overall comprehensive exam for anyone wondering or wouldn't like that. It seems anyone there would be happy to address that though if you brought it up as a concern before hand though. From reception to check out, all the women were wonderful. Thank you for a good visit! 🐕🐶🐾”

“I had a real emergency with my dog Beep. Her platelet count dropped to 50. The staff took Beeps in asap did a full work up on her and began treatment . They are fully equipped to care for your pets. From the desk staff to the vet techs to the vet..everyone was kind, efficient , and compassionate. They all saved my Beeps life I would highly recommend them for any emergency care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and from my fluffy baby”

“Had to bring in my 2 month old kitten late at night! Staff was so knowledgeable and very friendly. Made the process so much easier for me and my lil bugs. They were so gentle and took great care of both of us. Years ago I had to take my dog to a different ER and had the most horrible experience and the cost was insane so I was worried. I was pleased with the price! Honestly I think it would have been more at regular vet office! Mountain View in Hagerstown changed my mind on vet ER’s. Thank again for helping get my boy better! Couldn’t be happier with your service!”

“We started going to this vet a few years ago when our previous vet office closed. The care we have received at this office is extraordinary. The staff is all caring and understanding from the front counter staff, to the techs to the vets. Our dog does not like being confined or feet touched but the staff was able to cut our dogs nails and look at her torn dewclaw without issue. I could not speak higher of this office. They are able to get you in usually the same day if needed. They have provided exceptional care to our dog since switching to them.”

“We went in search of a saltwater tank and various equipment for such. Mike was amazingly helpful and super friendly. All of the staff was. The store itself was a little messy with stock carts out of place, but that's the only negative thing I can say. The shelves were neat, and stock was plentiful. I used to be a PetSmart consumer, but I'll definitely be a return shopper. The service was top notch!”
