While FedEx deliveries have been problematic for years, whenever I do a pickup from FedEx Office, the staff has been great. I just got thru dealing with a delivery nightmare, and had them redirect to FedEx Office so they'd have no excuse. Kistet at FedEx Office was extremely helpful.

Gil and the employees are all very helpful, nice, and patient. Service is quick, too! It's much friendlier place than the dead eyes you get from behind the counter at the post office.
