“Recently, I had the opportunity to obtain services through Mr. Carlos of White Dot Services, and my experience was absolutely exceptional. From the first contact, Mr. Carlos was extremely professional and attentive to all my needs. He explained the features of each option in detail, helping me select the perfect product for my service needs.
What impressed me most was the dedication and time that Señor Carlos invested in making sure I understood all aspects of the service, from the materials to the delivery of my product. I never felt pressured to make a hasty decision; On the contrary, Mr. Carlos made sure that I was completely satisfied with my choice before proceeding with the service.
If you are looking for not only a high quality product, but also top-notch customer service, I highly recommend that you contact Mr. Carlos. It's rare to find someone who combines in-depth product knowledge with such personalized and attentive customer service. I will definitely repeat my purchase in the future and recommend your services to friends and family.”
“Arena Graphics are great to order from. They really do strive for excellence from start to finish with placing the order, ensuring it is approved, and to delivering to meet your timeline.”
“These guys really helped me bail my company out of trouble when we were struggling with shipping issues for an install in their area - our company is not local and our reprints did not deliver in time for our installer to get them up prior to needing to catch his flight. They not only fit us in last minute, the day before a holiday weekend as a favor, they also charged a very reasonable price, and they were extremely communicative with our on site client who was very stressed and needed a lot of check ins. Their installed graphics looked beautiful and we are so grateful! 10/10 would recommend them and use them again. Thank you to Eileen & Matt especially!”
“While FedEx deliveries have been problematic for years, whenever I do a pickup from FedEx Office, the staff has been great. I just got thru dealing with a delivery nightmare, and had them redirect to FedEx Office so they'd have no excuse. Kistet at FedEx Office was extremely helpful.”
