Frekko Primary Care is a wonderful and caring practice with amazing doctors and a staff that is second to none. Many patients have been going for decades, some for over thirty-five years. The practice operates on a concierge model, which allows the doctors to spend more time with patients, offer easy appointment scheduling, and provide additional access and follow-through. This includes spending at least an hour with patients, answering questions, posting lab results online, and giving personal contact for after-hours emergencies. The doctors are known for actively advocating for their patients and following through with specialists. While the concierge model change was initially met with some skepticism, many patients find it provides superior care and handling compared to routine primary care offices.
