Giant Food, a neighborhood staple for over 75 years, offers a wide selection of quality products and great value. Customers can take advantage of Bonus Buy deals, convenient curbside pickup, and contactless delivery. While some reviews mention an outdated store layout and issues with cleanliness and product availability, the staff is consistently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. The newly renovated location is well-organized, and the overall shopping experience is positive, with employees going above and beyond to assist customers. Despite some room for improvement, Giant Food remains a popular choice for the community, providing a mix of selection, value, and customer service.
I really like this particular Giant at Muddy Branch Square. It's clean, well-stocked, with a pleasant and helpful staff - not always the case at another nearby store.

It’s Giant. A large grocery store, well rounded. Has must things you would want besides more specialty foodstuffs. Decent service in general, but Brenda in particular gets 5/5. Who doesn’t appreciate something nice like getting called sweet pea.
