“Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at Verizon (or any phone store). Jason was the guy who helped me and he was everything you need in customer service: looking out for what you want/need, not trying to overcomplicate things, and giving clear explanations about cost and what to expect. I’d briefly talked to another Verizon employee at a different store about a promotion I was seeing on my Verizon app that allowed me to keep my plan, trade in my phone and pay a really low monthly amount. That person immediately dismissed it and dismissed that I could get any trade in value for my phone because of a retired plan I was on. Jason quickly confirmed I was not only eligible but that the other person was mistakenly thinking of the national offer and not my actual account’s offers.
