“Had an absolutely amazing experience here. I wanted to get the 5g gateway service, and originally I tried using the online support system (real people, not bots), and after literal hours of frustrating back and forth, I asked them to cancel my order so I could do it in store. The order was not able to be cancelled (honestly not their fault, it had already been processed at UPS), and after work I drove here. Their phone doesn't work, they aren't just ignoring it. I worked with Christina, she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, was patient and answered all my questions. They had the whole gateway system in stock, and the time it took from when I walked into the store to when I left with the gateway was less than the time it took for a single online agent to reach out to me. I don't know why this place has bad reviews, I'd give it 6 stars if I could!
5/23/26 UPDATE: received the package for the canceled order, drove here, and asked for help. Nick was extremely helpful and actually had a sense of humor, which was nice. He worked with me for about an hour figuring out the issue, including advocating on my behalf with the T Mobile customer support phone line (which were extremely unhelpful, and seemed content to pass the buck to another department, and not even telling the next department the issue). In the end, they emailed me a pdf with a return shipping label. All I have to do is slap the label on the box, drive to UPS, then I'm done (and won't be charged, which is the really important thing)! To sum up, this store (especially Nick who I worked with today) is amazingly helpful, and can even fix problems created by the online and phone-based T Mobile Support! Once again, I'd give 6 stars if I could.”
