The front desk is very unhelpful and the practice is disorganized.

The medical staff if great. The front desk people are not that friendly or helpful. The billing processing they use, an external company, is awful. I would rather pay my copay during my visit that get late invoices and constant texts reminders even after the bill has been payed. It used to be better a few years ago.
