“We asked Raffi to design and build custom built-in bookshelves in our home office. He made important improvements to our draft design, including incorporating a desk within the bookshelves. He was receptive to specific requests we had for the project, including adding two file drawers and three toe-kick drawers. He communicated frequently to make sure we were on the same page about customization decisions. We had a tight timeline, and Raffi worked overtime to make sure the project was complete when we needed it. We are very pleased with the outcome; it has completely revamped our office!”

“First and foremost Danene was absolutely amazing with helping us pick out all things tile, grout and design. She was energetic, knowledgeable and patient. What seemed like an arduous task to us became a really fun and confident one working with Danene. She called upon some of her colleagues (Tony and Zay) and they were knowledgeable, kind and helpful too. Customer service that is exemplified such as this, keeps a customer returning for more items to buy. We visited the Leesburg store a couple of times, but never had the acknowledgment or assistance like we received in Gaithersburg. I believed it paid off for the large order of tile we made for around 3000 sq Ft.”

“The negative reviews are unfortunate to see. But I can certainly speak for myself. I had a fabulous experience with John today. Came in with a pretty niche product need that the local Home Depot did not have in stock. Without skipping a beat, John walked right over to the shelf, pulled down a box and handed me the EXACT part. John was a great listener, super knowledgeable and handled everything in under a few minutes. Top class service! Would strongly recommend this location for any plumbing needs. Thanks John!”

“I recently had a small shower replaced because of a leak. I chose Tile Center based on Next Door reviews and have never had such a positive experience with a business. They were top notch from start to finish. The workmanship was superb, as well as the communication and reliability. Frank ( who oversaw the project from start to finish) monitored the daily progress with updates and pictures. Everything went smoothly even when there were unexpected issues. They were discussed and resolved promptly.They are not inexpensive, although competitive. This caused me some concerns, but I know I made the right decision.If I ever need any home improvements I will certainly use Tile Center again. I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience.Superb customer service. Thank you, Frank and team , for a job well done.”
