“We took our family to Eastern Maryland this past weekend to spend time in the wilderness. My poor mother-in-law ended up with a tick on her and it seemed to be engorged so not a good thing (time to transmit diseases). We called Clongen right before closing and they were working late and they told us they could take our sample in if we drove there to drop it off. There were two very sweet, knowledgeable, and empathetic owners/manager/techs (not sure) who took my sample and got us a very fast result via email. Thank you Clongen for being there for my family and we are very appreciative of the services. BTW - the tick was negative for Lyme disease! So relieved!!!”
“I really don't understand why people say that they are not doing well but my doctor's staff told me that I'm going to get my results back through my doctor so I'm just letting people know that if a doctor is the one who did anyone's referral so the only person that could tell you the results is the doctor.”
