Elvis showed up on time, got us on the road, and made me feel safe and welcome on the drive over. I only wish I had cash on hand to tip him! But I’m hoping this review will help. “I’m m also not one for writing reviews but since Airpark went above and beyond, I figured I should too. We had an intractable problem with an old, crappy car but couldn’t afford a (new) used car. Other mechanics threw their hands up and were unable to start and unwilling to try (this make/model has a horrible reputation). Airpark worked with us over a few months, bringing in specialists, to fix the problem as inexpensively as possible. Highest marks for their patience, persistence, customer service ( thank you, Wilson!), integrity and affordability.”

“I brought my 2016 WRX here for repairs through Allstate, and I honestly cannot recommend this shop enough. As a car enthusiast, I’ve had some really poor experiences with other body shops in the past regarding workmanship and professionalism, so I was hesitant to try a new place. This shop completely changed my perspective.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. You can tell they have a great team dynamic here—when I went to pick up the car, the mechanic was blasting music in the bay and the office staff didn't mind at all; it just felt like a team that actually enjoys working together, which usually translates to better work.
The results speak for themselves. The paint match is absolutely perfect against the pre-existing panels, which isn't easy to do on this car. A huge shoutout to the estimator who worked with me regarding my aftermarket parts; most shops make that a headache, but he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.”

“Airpark Auto has been my auto body of choice since the first time their tow truck was sent out to pick up my vehicle after her accident. It may have been a random choice from the police officer, but that one choice led to the best relationship I've ever had with an auto and fleet service company. This is a family owned and family run business. Even if everyone isn't blood, they are family. They know me. And they care about me and their clients. An hour and a half drive from my home, and I will still always choose Air Park Auto.”

“They did an amazing job repairing the front axle on my vehicle after I hit a curb badly. Was afraid to take it anywhere other than a dealership because my car was brand new. Received my vehicle in top tier shape and air park ensured my insurance didn’t cut corners and all parts used for the repair were brand new. Alex was absolutely GREAT to work with very responsive and kept me in the loop the entire way. They were even kind enough to loan a shop vehicle to drive while they awaited sign off from my insurance. Highly recommend.”
