We got a flat tire in the parking lot and one of the staff members, Matthew, went out of his way to help us. He helped re-inflate our tire and saved us the cost of having the tow it. Exceptional customer service!

The parking lot is congested and the store is always busy, even mid-day during the week. But if you can get past that, the employees are friendly.

Love this staff at this TJs. The parking lot is a little crazy. They should configure their registers like the TJs at Foggy Bottom (my favorite TJs) for efficiency!
