I now understand why usps is not preferred..worst service..customers are considered as interruptions..even to tape a parcel, should buy a tape..no wonder fedex/ups are being preferred

Submitted the documents for mail forwarding as we are moving, but the mail continues to arrive at our old address. Have spent so much time on the phone trying to speak to someone at this office, but the phone tree appears to be purposefully designed to just route you in circles without the opportunity to speak to a human. I see now why people say to privatize the Post Office.
Just wanted to give a quick update. To communicate with the postlady who keeps delivering our mail, I taped-up our mailbox and left a note requesting that she stop delivering the mail as we have moved and submitted a mail forwarding request through the post office. Her response…tear off the tape and put the mail in the mailbox anyway. I know it’s not her fault the mail keeps coming, but c’mon! Really?!

Have been here 100+ times and never had an issue. Very rarely encounter long waits. The service is always fast and the postalfolks are kind. Thank you

The delivery manager here will tell you that it’s your fault that the sender chose to use USPS. Missing mail? Missing important documents? Checks? Holiday cards for your loved ones? They will not check. They will not listen. We are just a pest to be shooed away. I pray that one day they deregulate and privatize the USPS, and fire these entitled people who are too good to do their own jobs.

i was trying to get a hold of a live human in my post office i am using for 30 years and it is impossible without driving to the office.
Shame on USPS. at this moment i am in wheelchare and cant drive.

Never thought I would have to give a review for a post office. But man, do they work hard to make you upset.
Had a package that couldn’t be delivered so it was held at this post office. Went multiple times for the same excuse “the mail guy probably took it and tried again. They never know with certainty where your package is. They “check” the back for a minute or two just to tell you they don’t know where it is.
But my one star experience comes from one of their workers named “Sung” very rude Asian lady with a huge temper. She treats you like a dog of some sort, raise her fingers and her voice when you try to talk. She ignores what you say and it’s her way or the highway. You have to contact district manager to get some sort of help. I just want my package, and never to go there again.
If you have your package being held here, don’t bother coming. It’s better to call customer service and get help from there.

Do not use for passport service. They require extra documentation not part of application process e.g., two photo ids instead of one

Worst post office ever! The Mailman didn’t deliver my package, just left note on my door. He did not knock or ring the door bell, I guess he didn’t feel like carrying the item up the steps. I called for a service request and spoke to an agent who seemed confused and not confident, but assured me the packages would be redelivered that day or next day. A week later I still have not received my delivery. Automated machine is awful and long wait times for a call back. This post office couldn’t be any worse. I can’t believe they get paid. Not happy

They are horrible!! I mailed a certified letter LAST WEEK 3/11 everything went well till it reach this facility. It is now 3/20 yet the current status still said is in transit arriving late. No one knows we're this letter is, no one updated me with A CURRENT status. I am not sure if was delivered to its recipient. They are Horrible. Please use other services FedEx or UPS. I wished I would had mailed my item with another company.
