Go down the street to the Washington Grove USPS! I usually go out of my way just to go to that one because I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location. I understand that their lines are always long and they’re trying to keep it moving, but I never receive the help I need. One employee in particular has gotten frustrated with me on several occasions because I need things explained depending on what I’m trying to mail out (sorry for not being an expert in the postal service). She always tries to tell me to pack up my items when she’s helping someone else and I’m still in line, but I need a specific envelope from behind the counter, and then she’s short with me because I haven’t done what she’s told me to do… all because she won’t take the time to listen to me. Wild idea — maybe the long line would move faster if they would just help one customer at a time and actually listen to what the customer needs.

The staff are consistently helpful, professional and courteous. Large parking lot. I go to this post office whenever I can due to the customer friendly staff.

I came in 10 mins before they closed. Ms. Neena was so helpful and quick. In the span of the last 10 mins, 5-6 customers came in and she handled us all so efficiently and kindly.

I went to this location at 5:30pm on 12/20. I was expecting a significant wait due to the holiday, and poor customer service based on the reviews. My experience was fantastic. The whole thing took about 10 minutes, and 9 of those minutes were the employee helping me re-package something I'd done incorrectly. Thanks, Deena! They were all lovely, helpful, efficient, and quick. Great experience.

On November 25, 2024, I visited the post office and had one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences ever. Ike, the employee assisting me, was extremely disrespectful throughout the interaction. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, she was dismissive, impatient, and rude. Her attitude made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.
I expect better from a public service organization and urge management to address this kind of behavior. Customers deserve respect and courtesy, not hostility. I hope improvements are made so others don’t have to go through a similar experience.
