Truist is an aesthetically impressive and spacious branch with appealing architecture, creating an inviting atmosphere. The tellers and staff are described as kind, respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and wonderful, often exceeding expectations. Staff are firm in protecting customer privacy while being helpful. The branch has ample parking. Currently, services are adjusted for health and safety, with teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and enhanced sanitization measures at some locations. While online banking means fewer trips, customers appreciate the opportunity to personally meet the very good and superior staff for an excellent banking experience.
If I receive a check from someone that banks with you. I am not allowed to use drive-thru because I don't have an account with you. That's ridiculous.

I find that the Gambrills Truist branch is very good. Terrie is a great account consultant, and Ken is superior in every capacity he serves for the bank.

The staff is very courteous and friendly. Never had a problem. Even though it’s out my way love going to this location
