“Today I met with branch manager Mr. Fondeka at the Gambrills branch. He was very helpful in getting money transferred from my checking account to a high interest CD. He also helped me get some other perks that was available to me. He also explained the importance of not using your ATM card. I would highly recommend him for your financial needs”

“The receptionist behind the counter helped me a great deal and save a lot of time for me as I forgot my wallet and I had to get money out of the ATM. I forget her name but she has braces and glasses very nice lady. She told me that you can go through the app and select get cash and just show a QR code at the ATM machine and you’ll get your cash very easy and saved a lot of time thank you so much.”
“There are occasions when there is a line for the teller or a wait to see one of the customer service representatives, but I've always received professional service at the PNC bank in Gambrills. I've also had opportunities to see how secure my personal and business banking is protected by the staff at the Gambrills location. I had a problem with the mobile app. It was learned that something was incorrectly recorded and the reason I could not complete the registration for the app. It may have been in part because I didn't catch it when asked to verify information by one of the customer service representatives while recently updating other business banking. It doesn't matter whose fault that was, the important thing is that they use a verification system, which includes the account holder, to ensure accuracy. While the business at the bank does not always move more quickly than I like, I know that when I'm next in line that my business will be completed in a professional, secure and accurate manner.”
“This is an asthetically impressive branch. The building looks new, is large, and is very spacious inside; it is very inviting when you enter. The building architecture was appealing beyond a typical branch office I've seen for any bank chain. The teller was kind and did her best to help us, though she was unable to complete the transaction because my companion didn't have proper I.D. She treated my companion with respect while still being firm in protecting customer privacy. There is ample parking, though it took me a moment to locate the front door.”

Lola was impressive as she greeted everyone and successfully supported simultaneous actions. Gillian handled my Dad's request and addressed his request as efficiently as possible. It went very well.
