“Caliber Collision was on a list of body shops that my insurance company recommended, and it was the closest to our home, so we picked Caliber to do the work on our vehicle. I'm very glad we did. They were professional and did an excellent job. They kept us apprised of the progress on the work, and they let us know right away when they found the damage was more extensive than they originally thought (which they couldn't tell by looking at the outside of the vehicle). They were finished a couple of days before their estimated day of completion, which was a nice surprise. Overall, we were very pleased with the work they did for us.”

“If I were to use medical terms (although this is a glass repair company)Christine is amazing at intake and triage, and has a great personality!Troy, the glass doctor, is personable, professional and humble. I will be recommending Glass America to anyone I know that needs this kind of service.I had booked an appointment with the big windshield company that starts with S on a Monday. Four days later, on Friday, they call and say they will need to cancel my appointment due to sourcing the glass issues. So I did some digging and found Glass America. I was set up with an appointment for the next day, and the cost was 20% less than the corporate suits, which Glass America is not. Thanks again Glass America - Baltimore team!”

“I never leave reviews, but these guys were so awesome, I just had to make sure others knew. Their customer service was excellent. They were quick, efficient, and so courteous! I ordered glass to cover an antique dining table, especially since i have an active sticky-handed toddler at home. Once I finally decided to go with them, they were quick to come and take measurements. It took a while for the actual glass to come in, but that wasn't really on them. Once it came in, they delivered same day since my schedule permitted. (Literally 2 hours after the notifying call). Damion, David, you guys are awesome! My table looks great! I'll definitely use them again should the need arise. (Or update my review should the product fail to meet expectations)”

“Very fast service. I come in a lot to have trailer tires replaced or patched if possible. I'm always out in less than 20 minutes which is great. They have used tires as well which is nice to keep cost down. I have never had any issues with their tires or repairs and I've been using them for several years.”

“Booked an appt with another company but was very unhappy about the expense of replacing my windshield- JUST under our insurance deductible. Grrr. Anyway, after searching other options, I tried the online quote for Arrow and was relieved to see half the price. In spite of it being Sunday, I received a call back within an hour, and the lady (I am sorry to not have her name) was so nice and helpful. I was booked for the next morning, to have my windshield replaced at my home. I got a call from Jake in the morning with a time frame, he arrived on time, was also very nice and professional, did a great job, and was done in 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this company!”
