Came here to return shoes. The young lady at the register was so nice, patient and helpful, I believe her name was Carissa. Kept a pleasant smile the whole time.

The customer service has been horrendous. I had to make two separate calls to the 1800 number bc my order that was promised to be next day was still not ready after 3 weeks. The first call ended in what I thought was a resolution with my order being cancelled and refunded, but when I received no promised email, I called back. Glad I did bc it was not resolved. I replaced the order and was notified that it was ready next day. I showed up to the store with my toddler expecting to run in and out. They told me that I was wrong and they never notified me despite me having the email proof. Then as they stood around talking they told me that I could go put my own order together while trying to juggle my child. Needless to say I walked out. ?

Terrible customer service. I wanted to use my rewards, and the cashier refused to help me. She stated that I needed to have a bar code to use the reward. There was no bar code, but I had a code that she could’ve typed in. She clearly did not want to help me. I just left and I will not be returning to this DSW.

Mismanagement and horrible experience. Took 40 min to return three shoes. Ordered online for pickup in store. Got excuses that it is shoeforias fault that wrong shoes checked in and wanted me to take the shoe and call to get it fixed! DSW messages to me that all six pairs were ready to pick up. Not even close. Will not shop DSW again. Zappos all the way.

I am giving this low review because I recently purchased several shoes from this location. While the employee who check me out, who was a human robot with the personality of a turtle, they went through the shoes and asked if they could toss the boxes. I didn’t pay much attention while they rang me up but wanted as they checked that the size of the shoes matched. Days later I went to put on one of the pairs of shoes and was shocked to find I had two left feet and they were two different shoes, similar but different. ? I quickly called the store and after being told they were sooooo busy I needed to come into the store, mind you that’s a 30 minute drive. I asked if they could please check if they had the shoes in stock and was once again told I had to come in and she was way to busy to look. I asked if she could check and call me back later in the day, she gave a huge sign and put me on hold, after 15 minutes I hung up. Wow DSW! Poor customer service…… I won’t be going back there again…

I had trouble redeeming a coupon at checkout but their sales lead, Roxana, was very determined to help. She went above and beyond to make sure the coupon worked. I greatly appreciated her help

TERRIBLE customer service at the WAUGH CHAPEL-CENTER . The person, Jasmine , was extremely rude . Tried to do an online exchange . She told me that the price I paid would be honored . She charged me $20 more . I told her to cancel the order , she had this rude attitude and wasn’t happy that she had to place a call to cancel .Will not shop at this store again!
