I walked into phone repair lab and was greeted with a smile, asked what my problem was and with the up most honesty, he found the problem in a second. He could have overcharged me with no problem, however his morals didn’t allow him. Thats what makes customers not only come back, but business comes from words of mouth. I know they will from me.

“Ahem did a great job. My Kenmore Refrigerator purchased 11/2021 needs a door Bin and a crisper cover tray. I purchased the 5 year protection plan. I was told by the tech that the door bin and cover is considered cosmetic and is not covered. I offered to pay for the items and was told the parts are no longer available for my Refrigerator. Ahem tried to help me find the parts on other sites. My Less than 4 year old product is discontinued with no parts. Although I am not happy about my Refrigerator I am satisfied with the Techs Service v Ahem gave me a follow up call about the parts. This is the service Sears once offered.

“OUTSTANDING SERVICE! They don't make 'em like John anymore (intelligent, nice, genuine, wise, straight-shooter, funny). I'm sure anyone that has previously worked with John would validate all those character traits. I brought my speaker in for warranty repair and John took great care of me! He was also able to help diagnose a faulty microphone power supply that had went up and needed to be replaced. If you need anything sound related, give John a call!”

I took a laptop I had laying around for years, I couldn't remember the password to get in it, so I took it to DSR Inc., and Brandon was the Tech who serviced me. He was able to get in the laptop, put in a new battery and increase the RAM to 16. He got it work ready and finished the job in a few days (waiting for the battery to come in). He was very helpful and patient explaining everything to me. This is the second laptop I've taken to DSR to fix and I've been extremely satisfied both times. They are fair priced and do quality work.
