“In town for work and needed a spot to grab a quick workout. I believe they follow Mayhem programming and it didn’t disappoint. Good general and specific warm up. A few members came up to me and showed me around and the coaches knew my name. Welcoming community and a nice “old school” CrossFit feel. Coach Jeremy made his way around the class making sure to provide attention and guidance to everyone. Stretched for a bit after class out of the way and seen Dave (Owner) coaching, also solid job with brief and getting the class through the WOD. Plenty of room and a big ass fan keeps the air moving well. Would recommend if you’re in the area, fun CrossFit box and a welcoming community.”
