“This is a very trendy store for dress business casual. A little over priced, and reminds me of The Limited Store or Express, but more upscale, with upscale prices. I came here looking for an outfit for an all white dressed occasion. They definitely have it. Im happy that they have petite sizes. Employees here are very helpful, including the manager with red hair, I was expecting not to be acknowledged or even greeted, they definitely are there to help you. Although the outfit I wanted was not in my size they were able to call around other stores,.but ultimately ordered it online for me. This is one of the best locations I had ever been to.”

“James and Team at Annapolis Jewelers are AMAZING! I stopped in the store 1.5 hours before they closed hoping to have a diamond ring I recently purchased sized smaller to fit my finger. I had been in many other jewelry stores that day asking about getting my ring sized. All of the other stores told me it would take approximately 4 days to 3 weeks to have my ring sized. James (Annapolis Jewelers) was able to size my ring the same day! Further, James took the time to explain to me the complexity involved with my ring sizing. My ring needed to be sized down two sizes - which could put the diamond stones in jeopardy unless each diamond setting was carefully tightened after the sizing. James ensured that my ring adjustment was done in an excellent manner giving me tremendous confidence in the final result. I highly doubt the jewelry store in the mall (where I originally purchased my ring) would have provided such expertise with sizing service. The next time I am in the market for fine or custom jewelry - I will definitely head back to Annapolis Jewelers!”

“Today I drove almost two hours to see Clare Shepherd. I first met her in the National Harbor outlet, followed her to the Annapolis mall and have now followed her to the Arundel Mills location. I have purchased two rings through her, and she has been incredible helping me with my wedding band warranty.Most important, I trust Clare with these priceless items. I had a local jeweler say I needed $300 of repair so I drove the 2 hours to see Clare, despite having a lot of anxiety issues for these long road trips. Clare and another jeweler confirmed that my ring had no concerning issues. She has made sure issues were repaired previously under my warranty when needed. Today my husband looked at possibly getting a new wedding band too.If you question getting the warranty for your jewelry, do it. If you want to work with a phenomenal person on such a precious purchase, take the road trip! She’s worth it 100x over!”

“I love this place! They always take very good care of me and my jewelry! Most of my items are fixed, soldered or whatever i need while i wait! Very professional and nice! Clean, polished and wash jewelry free. They fix watch batteries and much, much more. They size rings for a very fair price! Im always very happy with my service and jewelry. I do wish Abraham (the man who solders the jewerly) worked more convenient hours but, he does work another job as well. The workers immediately greet me when i come in and know who i am. I have been coming here for 15 years! I follow them wherever they move that's how great they are! I would give them 10 stars if i could! They do sell some items for fair prices. They dont carry alot of inventory anymore but, they are a repair shop more then jewelry store. Thank you guys for all your help, reasoning, quality jewelry, prices and all around genuine care for my jewelry! I am a permanent customer and always have been!
